Reguslus Meteorite Jewelry official online store only accepts delivery addresses in mainland China. For delivery arrangements outside of China, please click on the link at the top left of the website to see the locations of our other official online stores and select the country or region that best suits you.

Delivery Time
Normally, we will ship the order within 2 working days after the order is paid. Please note that orders submitted after 4pm will be processed the next business day. In case of legal holidays or big promotions, the delivery time will be postponed or notified separately. Orders are generally delivered on time, but there are occasional delays. The exact delivery time is affected by factors beyond our control, including weather and unforeseen circumstances caused by the courier company.

Packaging Instructions for Online Orders
Reguslus Meteorite Jewelry official online store offers (two) options of packaging - standard packaging (pre-delivery packaging); gift packaging.

Standard Packaging
In order to keep the product in the best condition during transportation, we will pack the product in a standard Xuanyuan XIV jewelry packaging, and then put the protective bag and the product in the Reguslus Xuanyuan XIV carton.

Gift Wrapping
If you choose gift packaging, please check this order as a gift order during the payment process, and the gift box will be charged 28 yuan.
We will pack the product in a boutique package and put it together in a Reguslus Regus XIV carton.

Track Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number to inform you how to track your package. Please visit the courier company's website to check the delivery progress by the tracking number. Please note that you will not be able to check the delivery status until you receive the tracking number.

Delivery Service And Scope
We default to use SF Express and Yanwen Logistics for distribution. The distribution range is global express but does not support Taiwan, China. Please consult customer service or stores before purchasing.

Regardless of the number of items in the order, the shipping fee is USD 5. Customers who purchase over USD 100 can enjoy free delivery service, which will be automatically deducted at checkout. For international shipping, please consult your local store or website customer service.

Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with the products you ordered in the Reguslus official online store, we will provide a one-time return refund (excluding shipping costs) or change the size of the service.

Return The Goods
After the product is sold, within 7 days from the date of purchase, you can enjoy one no-reason return with the original sales certificate, subject to the following rules:
• Returned goods are unused, keep the original packaging and will not affect secondary sales;
• In view of the nature of the goods and the consideration of safety and hygiene, 14K gold, diamond and earrings products do not support 7-day no-reason returns;

If the order has quality problems, please contact the online customer service as soon as possible, and provide photos of the quality problems, and then send the goods back to our return warehouse after confirmation by the customer service. For returns due to product quality problems, the shipping fee shall be borne by us. Please be sure to return the goods according to the above process, and do not return the goods purchased in the official online store of Reguslus Meteorite Jewelry to any offline physical store of Reguslus Meteorite Jewelry.

1. After the product is sold, the product can be exchanged once with the original sales voucher within 7 days from the date of purchase. The following rules must be followed:
• If the exchanged product is not used, keep the original packaging and will not affect the secondary sale;

Return And Exchange Process
If you decide to return or exchange, the specific process is as follows:
1. Please contact the online customer service, the customer service will help you complete the return and exchange application.
2. After applying for return or exchange with customer service, please send the product as soon as possible to complete the procedure. In order to avoid the problem of return and receipt, please choose express return according to our suggestion (Note: please do not use postal parcels, surface mail express, it is recommended to use SF Express, Shentong, Yunda and other high-security express; we will not receive paid express, We will reject the package if it is received by courier.
3. After the goods are shipped, please contact customer service again and inform your waybill number.
4. After receiving your return, it is confirmed that it is in the original state, and a refund can be arranged. The relevant payment will be exchanged within 3-5 working days after receiving your return.
